Therapy which typically focuses on problems rooted in the past and why things happened. In the unlikely event it becomes apparent that a therapist is needed, I will tell you
Mentoring which focuses on giving advice based on prior experiences
Consulting which focuses on providing expert advice. Consultants will tell you what to do and how to do it, but don’t hold you accountable for getting things done.
Sports Coaching which focuses on helping athletes/teams win and perfect their form/game.
Completing work or telling you what to do
Checking up on you. You need to be accountable for your actions.
