Why Toby?

I've been on both sides of the coaching conversation.

I've led software teams. Built and sold a company. Worked with Accenture and McKinsey. Made plenty of mistakes. Learned a lot the hard way.

Today, I bring that experience into coaching because sometimes you need someone who understands the business and the human being trying to navigate it.
