What Is Coaching

Coaching is a process whereby we partner to help you find it within you to reach your goals or solve your problems.

I get it. I've been there.

As a hyper-achiever, I sought that next position with more influence, a bigger title and more pay. It took me two career changes to find that I really liked working in software. It satisfied my desire to solve problems for other people. To put myself in their shoes, understand their struggles, and find ways to relieve it.

This career eventually led me to starting my own software company where in 3 years we developed a solid user base and sold it to American Family Insurance with a positive exit.

Everything that led me here set me up to explore coaching where I can still help people solve problems, by helping them see and resolve what might be getting in their way, whether that be outer blocks such as expertise, other people, resources, time, or money or inner blocks such as their fear of starting a business, assumptions based on past experiences, interpretations that may create hesitation, limiting beliefs or insecurities that may stop forward progress.
